Do I have to buy the whole suite?

No. Every tier stands on its own, and every app works on its own. Start where the pain is worst and add later. The shared login is included at every tier.

How does multi-store pricing work?

Pricing is per store, with discounts for multiple locations. If you run three or four stores, talk to us about what that looks like.

What hardware do I need?

None. It runs in a browser on the computers and tablets you already have at the counter. There's nothing to install and nothing to maintain.

Is my data locked in?

No. Your data is yours and it exports. CSV and Excel exports are built into the apps, from pipeline lists to finance reports.
