This website, outpostsuite.com, is operated by OMCO Inc. ("we", "us"), a company based in San Jose, California. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we handle it. It applies to this website only, not to the Outpost Suite software product itself, which is currently in use only at our own store locations.

What we collect

This site keeps things minimal:

• Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form, we receive the information you type: your name, email address, store or brand, number of locations, and your message. This is delivered to us by email so we can reply. We do not store it in a database on this website.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard technical logs for requests to this site, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use these only for security and to keep the site working.

What we do not do

• We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not send marketing email lists. If you write to us, you get a reply from us, and that's it.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about Outpost Suite. If you ask for a demo, we will use your contact details to arrange one.

Service providers

Two providers process data to make this site work: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery of contact form submissions). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

Contact form submissions live in our business email. We keep correspondence as long as it is useful for the conversation you started with us. You can ask us to delete our correspondence with you at any time using the contact page.

Your choices

You can browse this entire site without providing any personal information. If you have shared information with us and want it corrected or deleted, contact us and we will take care of it. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA; because we collect so little, honoring them is simple. Just ask.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes
